SHIPPING & RETURNS

VAMI, of course, hopes that you are satisfied with your purchase but if, for any reason you are not, you will have fourteen days from the date you received your order to return the product(s) to VAMI. VAMI guarantees a refund without any made shipping costs for partially returned orders. However, the product(s) must be returned in perfect condition and in the original packaging. 

 

How to return an item?

  1. Please download the return form stated at the bottom of the page.

  1. Repack the goods in the original shipping box or any other solid carton box.

  2. Include the return form and add it to the box.

  3. In addition, make sure that fragile products are packed with care as well. If products are broken during the return shipment, VAMI will not provide you with a refund.

  4. VAMI asks you to take a picture of your return, before closing the box, to see if everything is packed well. You will have to send it to orders@va-mi.nl in order to prevent any issues. Please, add you order number, and your full name.

  5. Close the box and tape it securely.

Please note:  You will need to pay to send the goods to VAMI and it is strongly advised to obtain proof of postage – if the product gets lost this is not VAMI’s responsibility. 

 

Refunds can only be made against the original payment method and will show in your account after fourteen days of receipt. VAMI will contact you via email once VAMI has received and processed your return.

 

Exchange? Unfortunately, VAMI does not offer exchanges. Should you wish to purchase a new item please return your unwanted goods to VAMI for a refund and place a new order online at www.va-mi.nl

 

Damaged/faulty item?

If the item you have purchased is damaged/faulty with a manufacturing fault, please contact VAMI directly at orders@va-mi.nl and send a picture. VAMI will make an already paid-for return label, returning the product to the address as mentioned above is not necessary. 

 

Warranty

VAMI advises its customers to check all items within fourteen days. Check the delivered quantity and the quality of the article. If there is something incorrect please send an e-mail to orders@va-mi.nl explaining what the problem is. In case you need to return the product, VAMI will provide you with a return label. Please note that the warranty is void if the product shows a defect which is caused by improper use, if you or others have made or attempted to make changes to the product or used it in a way for which the article is not intended. After the fourteen-day period, VAMI gives a warranty of two months on the quality of the product. If within this period there is a problem with the product, please send an e-mail to orders@va-mi.nl. VAMI will provide you with a suitable solution.

 

  1. If it is possible to repair the product VAMI will repair it.

  2. If it is not possible to repair the product, VAMI will provide you with a new item.

  3. If it is not possible to repair the product and VAMI does not have it in stock anymore, VAMI will offer you a refund.
