TERMS & CONDITIONS

Clause 1. | General
1.1 The General Terms and Conditions of VAMI apply to all offers, products, orders, agreements and deliveries of VAMI. By ordering an item you agree to these conditions, please read through them carefully before placing an order. If you have any queries relating to these conditions, please contact through firstname.lastname@example.org.
Clause 2. | Agreement and Order
2.1 The agreement becomes binding at the time you place your order. VAMI will process your order after you have paid. Until that time, VAMI will remain the full owner of the product(s).
2.2 Once your order is processed you will receive a confirmation email, which will indicate that your payment is accepted along with the details of your order. If you need an invoice including VAT please e-mail to email@example.com.
2.3 All images and specifications are an indication. If a product does not meet your expectation you may return it (see clause 6), but it may not be a reason to file a claim.
Clause 3. | Payment and Payment Methods
3.1 You can choose from the following secure payment methods: Ideal and Credit card; Mastercard & VISA.
3.2 If VAMI’s posts and/or website, accidentally, show an incorrect price – and it is clear that it is a mistake – VAMI has the right to adapt and charge the intended price. Even though you already ordered the article.
3.3 All product prices shown on www.va-mi.nl are including taxes but excluding shipping costs.
3.4 All your credit card information such as credit card number, expiration date etc. are automatically transferred via an encrypted secure system to the paymaster without www.va-mi.nl or others having access to the data. Even for possible refunds, the complete credit card information cannot be seen. If you pay with Visa or Mastercard additional protection is provided by special authentication methods (Verified by Visa or Mastercard Secure Code).
Clause 4. | Delivery
4.1 VAMI delivers all packages via a courier service with DHL or VAMI's personal delivery service.
4.2 If you accidentally entered an incorrect delivery address or are not home when DHL has tried to deliver the package – and there are therefore extra costs – VAMI calculates these additional costs on to you.
4.3 VAMI will send the order as quickly as possible after payment of the agreement. VAMI always strives to make sure you get your order in the estimated shipping time. If this is not possible, for whatever reason (because an article is temporarily out of stock or if post services are on a strike) you will be notified about this.
4.4 Up to and including the delivery VAMI bears the responsibility for the order. After the delivery, the responsibility will be transferred to you.
4.5 Please note that the delivery times are estimated. In case a product does not arrive within the estimated arrival date it is not possible to make a claim. However, VAMI will always do everything in its power to make sure your order arrives on time.
Clause 5. | Approval period
5.1 VAMI strives to ensure that all customers are happy with their purchase. However, VAMI advises you to check the quality and the quantity within fourteen workdays. If something is incorrect please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. In this case, VAMI will provide you with a return label or will find another suitable solution.
Clause 6. | Returns & Exchanges
6.1 VAMI, of course, hopes you will be satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason you are not, you will have a period of fourteen days from the date you received your order to return the product.
6.2 The return form always has to be included in the box.
6.3 You can send the package with the return form to:

6.4 The costs of returned orders are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is damaged with a manufacturing fault).
6.5 If goods are used, worn, damaged or incomplete VAMI has the right to refuse returned items.
6.6 The refund will take place after receipt and inspection within fourteen working days from the day that you returns package arrived back in the warehouse.
6.7 VAMI can only transfer the refund to the account where the original payment came from.
Clause 7. | Warranty
7.1 After the fourteen-day approval period (clause 5.1) VAMI gives a warranty of two months on the quality of the products. If the quality of the product is not to your satisfaction, please send an e-mail to email@example.com. VAMI will find a suitable solution to the problem.
7.2 VAMI will provide you with a suitable solution, however, it is up to VAMI to decide which of the following options will be used.
If it is possible to repair the product VAMI will repair it.
If it is not possible to repair the product, VAMI will provide you with a new item.
If it is not possible to repair the product and VAMI does not have it in stock anymore, VAMI will offer you a refund.
7.3 In case of a refund, the refund will take place after receipt and inspection within fourteen working days.
7.4 If VAMI repairs or replaces the item, this can take up to fourteen working days unless communicated otherwise.
7.5 The warranty is void if the product shows a defect which is caused by improper use, if you or others have made or attempted to make changes to the product or used it in a way for which the article is not intended.
Clause 8. | Copyright
8.1 All photos and images created by VAMI are copyrighted. Without written permission from VAMI, photos and graphics cannot be reproduced and publicly used.
Clause 9. | Disputes
9.1 All legal relations are exclusively governed by Dutch law.

Clause 10. | Age
10.1 By accepting these terms & Conditions, you will confirm that you have reached the age of 16 or your parent(s) and/or guardian(s) have agreed to conducting the Service (web shop).
Clause 11. | Social media #VAMIyes
VAMI loves to see you wearing/using the product in your own unique way and want to share your style with the rest of the world. VAMI may request to share pictures posted by you on Instagram in VAMI’s own channels. Such channels include thewebsite (www.va-mi.nl), the social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram & Pinterest) and the VAMI newsletter.
By responding #VAMIyes on a picture after VAMI sends you a request on Instagram, hereafter referred to as "picture(s)", you agree to the following: You provide VAMI (registered at the Amsterdam Chamber of Commerce with number: 69106959. VAT number: NL002328682B46), a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, in any manner to be determined in VAMI’ssole discretion and without any obligations to you, to use your pictures in the marketing and / or advertising.
You represent and warrant that you own or control the rights to the material you have submitted and that you have permission from any person(s) appearing in the photos. Moreover, you certify that you are an individual (i.e., not a corporation), you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent, and that VAMI’s use of your pictures will not violate any rights of a third party or any law. Hereby, you release VAMI from all obligations to pay you for the use of your pictures and freeing and agreeing to keep VAMI and all persons acting VAMI from all claims (including claims from third party), liabilities, irrespective of nature, in connection with the use of the pictures as described above.
You may always reach out to VAMI with questions about the services or regarding data protection; email@example.com. If you want to withdraw consent to share your pictures with VAMI and the images will be removed within 30 working days.
